Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel the order at any time before the order is dispatched. You can cancel by e-mailing or calling us at our office number, (051) 396823. Cancellations received before the order dispatches will be refunded in full, including shipping costs, within 30 days of cancellation
Return Policy
  • Once you receive the goods you have 7 days to decide wether to keep the goods or return them to us, at your own postage costs. The goods should be properly packed and in the same condition they arrived in, that is to say, fit for sale, and it is your responsibility to ensure their safe arrival.
  • If the goods were dispatched by us with specific product packaging, such as branded cartons or wrapping, then the goods should be returned with this material intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to refund for goods which arrive damaged or show signs of wear and tear and other usage or misusage.
  • Goods which have been personalised, for example, with engraved initials, unfortunately cannot be accepted unless through an error on our behalf or unless the goods are otherwise faulty.
  • If when you take receipt of the goods you notice a problem, ommision, fault or other error please contact us as soon as possible at our office number (051) 396823 for resolution. You have 7 days to inforn us of any such problem.
  • Our policy is to offer to repair, replace (at our own cost) or refund your purchase. In the event of the damaged goods being part of a discontinued product line we will offer you an exchange or refund. We regret that we cannot be held liable to repair, replace or refund goods that have been damaged during the assembly of the products, or that have been altered or repaired in any way. We also cannot be held liable to repair, replace or refund goods that have been the subject of any damage or accident resulting from a negligent, wilful or innocent act or omission of the customer, or through use that is not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. We strongly recommend against the use of power tools during the assembly process. In all cases where damaged products are reported to us, the items need to be returned to our offices unused. We will arrange a suitable date with you for our delivery company to collect the items at our own cost.
  • In the unlikely event that your items have a defect, e.g. missing parts, please advise us so we can arrange a dispatch of replacement parts to you as soon as possible. Delivery times for replacement parts vary depending on the product but if they are held in stock they will be sent out on our next working-day-delivery service at our own cost.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
